Being Forced Against Your Will

Jesus, knowing that they intended to come and make him king by force, withdrew again to a mountain by himself. John 6:15

Lyman Run State Park, Galeton, Pa

Whenever the world tried to make Jesus something he was not meant to be or do – he left to be by himself and to pray to God (Luke 6:12),

for he was all about the will of Him who sent him. (John 5:30)

“For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him may not perish but may have eternal life.

17 “Indeed, God did not send the Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. John 3:16-17

To the Bride of Christ –  Peace be with you. When the world tries to make you be or do something you are not meant to do, how do you respond? Do you follow the example of Christ or do you conform to the world? Whose will are you about?
